Meet Coach Clare!  


I’m Clare Frame... Mom of three, former mental health therapist, and postpartum survivor turned holistic health coach. I spent years of my life helping families heal, but when I became a mom myself, everything changed. After the birth of my first daughter, I spiraled into postpartum mental health issues. I was exhausted, deeply anxious, emotionally unstable, and physically in pain. I kept telling myself I was fine (I was a therapist, after all), but I wasn’t. I was barely functioning, disconnected from myself and my family, and completely overwhelmed.

I know what it’s like to love your baby more than anything and still feel broken inside. I also know the shame of thinking you should be grateful but secretly dreading the day ahead. That experience shattered me. But, it also led me to discover the root causes of my suffering: gut dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, and years of self-neglect. Once I started addressing the why behind my symptoms, everything began to shift. And now, I help other moms do the same. I believe healing is possible—and it doesn’t have to take years. It just takes the right support, a clear plan, and someone who gets it.

It All Started When I Became a Mother...

Becoming a mom rocked me in ways I never expected. I thought I was prepared. I had a master’s degree in social work, years of experience as a child therapist, and a heart full of love. But motherhood cracked me open. With each of my three children, I experienced various postpartum health issues. I had intrusive thoughts, stomach pain so intense it dropped me to the floor, and moments I couldn’t recognize myself or trust myself. I was angry, overwhelmed, starving for rest, and terrified of being seen as a mom who couldn’t cope.

I felt broken. And worse, I thought maybe this was just how motherhood was supposed to feel.

But deep down, I knew it wasn’t.

It wasn’t until after our third baby that I discovered the truth: my body wasn’t betraying me... it was begging me to pay attention. I had gut issues, nutrient deficiencies, a hormone imbalance, and other physical issues that no one had ever tested for. When I began to heal those root causes, everything changed. I felt peace return to my home, energy return to my body, and joy return to my motherhood.

That’s why I created The Framed Living Method—not just to help moms survive postpartum, but to guide them back to themselves. Because you’re not crazy, lazy, or broken. You’re just unsupported and overdue for healing. And I’m here to walk that journey with you.

But Then Everything Changed...

The big catalyst came during clinical treatment, when I opened a book and found a photo I had tucked inside— my husband and our daughter smiling back at me. In that moment, I saw them clearly again. I felt something again. It was the first flicker of hope I’d had in months. That was the moment I decided: I can’t keep living this way.

From there, I began to fight for myself. I started with small shifts: more whole foods, fewer inflammatory triggers, short walks. I  started stacking habits that actually stuck. I overhauled my nutrition and learned how deeply my gut and hormones were affecting my brain and mood. I started supplements that supported my healing from the inside out. And slowly, day by day, the light came back.

I didn’t just recover. I transformed.

And now, I’ve built The Framed Living Method to help other moms experience that same transformation. Not over years of trial and error, but in just 6-months, with support, answers, and a plan. What felt like the darkest chapter of my life became the roadmap to my purpose. Every moment of anxiety, depression, discomfort, and despair taught me exactly what so many moms are silently going through, and what they really need to heal.

Because I lived it, I see the signs others miss. I understand the overwhelm that doesn’t show up on a lab test. I know how it feels to love your baby and still feel like you're drowning. And I know how powerful it is when someone finally looks at you and says, "You're not broken. There’s a reason you feel this way. And there’s a way out."
