Meet Coach Clare! Â
I’m Clare Frame — I help postpartum moms feel like themselves again. After my first daughter was born, I spiraled into exhaustion, anxiety, and emotional instability. As a therapist, I told myself I was fine — but I was barely functioning, disconnected from myself and drowning in overwhelm. I know what it’s like to love your baby and still feel broken inside. I also know the shame of dreading the day ahead while telling yourself you should be grateful. What changed everything? Discovering the root causes: gut dysfunction, hormone imbalance, and years of self-neglect. Once I began healing from the inside out, everything shifted.Â
I created The Framed Living Method to help other moms heal, reclaim themselves, and finally feel supported. You’re not broken — you’re just overdue for real healing.Â
Thank you for being here. Whether you're surviving the newborn phase or stuck in postpartum fog months (or years) later — I see you. And I’m here to walk that journey with you.
Let's Begin

It All Started When I Became a Mother...
Becoming a mom rocked me in ways I never expected. I thought I was prepared. I had a master’s degree in social work, years of experience as a child therapist, and a heart full of love. But motherhood cracked me open. With each of my three children, I experienced various postpartum health issues. I had intrusive thoughts, stomach pain so intense it dropped me to the floor, and moments I couldn’t recognize myself — or trust myself. I was angry, overwhelmed, depressed, starving for rest, and terrified of being seen as a mom who couldn’t cope.
I felt broken. And worse — I thought maybe this was just how motherhood was supposed to feel. But deep down, I knew it wasn’t.
Â
But Then Everything Changed...
The big catalyst came during clinical treatment, when I opened a book and found a photo I had tucked inside — my husband and our daughter smiling back at me. In that moment, I saw things clearly again. I felt something again. That moment sparked my fight to heal.
After the birth of our third baby, I finally uncovered the truth: I had gut issues, nutrient deficiencies, and hormone imbalances that no one had ever tested for.
I started small — cleaning up my diet, adding movement, and stacking habits that stuck. I learned how deeply my gut and hormones were affecting my brain and mood. As I healed my gut and hormones, my mood, energy, and clarity returned.Â
I didn’t just recover — I transformed.
And now, I’ve built The Framed Living Method to help other moms experience that same transformation — not over years of trial and error, but in just 6-months, with support, answers, and a plan. You don’t have to reach your breaking point to begin your healing. You can start now. And I’ll be right here to walk with you.Â
Now I'm able To Help Moms Heal...
What felt like the darkest chapter of my life became the roadmap to my purpose. Every moment of discomfort, pain, and despair taught me exactly what so many moms are silently going through — and what they really need to heal.
Because I lived it, I see the signs others miss. I understand the overwhelm that doesn’t show up on a lab test. I know how it feels to love your baby and still feel like you're drowning. And I know how powerful it is when someone finally looks at you and says, "You're not broken — there’s a reason you feel this way. And there’s a way out."
The Framed Living Method is everything I wish I had — functional lab testing that gives real answers, a holistic plan that addresses root causes, personalized support that doesn’t stop between sessions, and space to be fully seen. I guide moms from exhaustion and emotional chaos back to clarity, calm, and confidence because you shouldn't be surviving motherhood — you should be enjoying it.
If your story sounds anything like mine, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to do this alone anymore. I’m here, and I’m ready to go on this healing journey with you.Â
